WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?
The shipment is transported by PostNL. This delivers the shipment from Monday to Saturday. We will keep you informed of the status of your order. The package is sent as parcel post you can see all fees on Post NL.
In the NL shipping fee €6,75 - 2 to 3 Shipping days
In the EUR 1 zone shipping fee €13 - 2 to 7 Shipping days
In the EUR 2 zone shipping fee €18,50 - 2 to 7 Shipping days
In the Rest of the World shipping fee €26,80 - 7 to 14 Shipping days
When your order is shipped you receive an email and a track & trace link to follow your package any time.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEE
USA - All orders below US $800 will be excluded from import duties. Please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department, for more information.
AUS - All orders below AUS $900 will be excluded from import duties. Please check with the Australian Border Force and the Australian Taxation Office for more information.
NON-EU - If you are unsure whether your order will be subject to customs fees and import duties, we advise you to consult your local customs office.
Please note that no rights can be granted on the above information and that we can not be held responsible for any customs and import fees. When you choose to refuse the customs fee and the shipment is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces. We only ask that the following requirements:
The item/s must be in original condition and packaging.
The item/s can be returned within 14 days after delivery.
Item/s must not have been used and/or worn.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to WE R REBLZ® for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.
If you are exchanging, you only need to return the product/s you wish to exchange.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your products being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

We will provide you with the full address.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you.
If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay, and email you once complete.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged product, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
